"I wanted to let you know how happy my family is for great work that you and Geovany had done on our new Rheem heating and cooling system. If you recall you replaced a system that was only 6 years old. We had this older system installed by a family friend, call him Clark. At the time we did anything to try to save the money just like a lot of people. Unfortunately we got what we paid for with this older system. Then we got hit by Sandy. While the damage we sustained wasn’t horrific in comparison to most of the people we still needed to replace all the duct work. While dealing with FEMA and rushing to replace the duct we again had to go back to Clark to help replace the duct at the cheapest possible price. While the supply duct was being installed I had been involved personally to assist in the installation, laborer. I fired the Clark on the spot for the bad workmanship. Additionally over the years I had also had multiple issues with our system and we just limped along until this summer where our AC developed a leak that just wasn’t repairable and our system was past its warranty.

So now in the beginning of the 2016 summer season and I don’t have AC. I decided that I wanted to get rid of the whole system and remove the ghost of Clark that was just nagging me for years. I had entertained multiple quotations. Out of all the quotations I found that CAM was the only one to provide a thorough quote delivered when they said they would. Plus your quote provided options in equipment and efficacies as to allow me to choose what I felt was in my budget. Since I became an armature heating/cooling homeowner I like to feel that I was able to understand more than most people just on the simple fact that I had to deal with the ghost of Clark for years.

So you and Geovany were hired. The job you two did was awesome. The quality of work that I see is beyond what I had expected. I look over the new system. While I see opportunities for short cuts I see where you took the time to do the job right. You didn’t rush the job so you can rush out of my house to complete another job. You two took your time and did it right and clean. If you recall, my wife got teary eyed and gave you a big hug which I have never seen her do for anyone working for us. I know that when I go home from work I don’t need to worry about our system anymore. Thank you for all the hard work. It is greatly appreciated by our family. "Thanks Richie for a job well done at the Point Pleasant Dairy Queen. Our Trane 7.5 ton rooftop air unit was reaching the end of its life at the hottest time of the summer. With the outside temperature close to 100 degrees Rich and his team at Cam they were able to keep our old unit going while the new one was on order. With all of our air coded equipment inside the Dairy Queen air conditioning is a must. The new air unit took around 3 weeks to build and ship from Trane factory in Florida. The night before it arrived Rich called and gave me the good news he would be here at 8:30 AM to install the new unit. Cam scheduled a crane to do the life and took the old unit away. The job was done the same day in 90 degree heat up on a roof. Rich is a very good teacher. He went over what my part is changing the filters to cleaning the condenser. From time to time I still get a message from Richie asking how everything is. Cam is very reliable."
